I will not recommend anyone. They are too rude. I believe Dr Pragnesh Vaghela has some issues with his temper management and Judgmental issue. We came with our Kid who need help and as a parents we are in stress, however Dr Pragnesh Vaghela has no respect at all, rather he insults and doesn't realize that this is not the way to talk to a parent who come for the kid and not to tolerate your arrogancy. Too Bad.
Unbelievably rude receptionist! I’m desperate to get mental health care for my child, but if that person is the face of this practice, they go to the bottom of the list. Maybe that’s why they actually have appointments available when nobody else does!
PLEASE READ Do not come here this paediatrics charges alot but does half their job and requests you to come back and pay again and again definitely not worth it others did what they should of done in one sitting honestly waste of money
Look, I don't have anything against Dr Vizcarra - she does a great job when you're in front of her, but the response rates, both via email, or telephone are horrendous. You need to call MULTIPLE times in a row (basically jam the line) in order to get a response, and if you email you can almost forget about getting a response. We've also just learned that a pathology test we did a year ago still didn't have the results forwarded to the specialist we were referred to, and we need the results for the specialist appointment.
