I have always had a pleasant experience with all my doctors at NM unfortunately that wasn't the case with Dr.Gutti. As someone who works in health care, I never met a doctor with less compassion. She was not prepared for my appointment whatsoever, never looked over my chart beforehand and made me feel like I shouldn't have been there. I felt very uncomfortable and unheard. She makes you feel like your problems are nonexistent and you leave felling stupid for even going. Safe to say I will be finding another Neurologist.
My husband has been seeing Dr Gutti for his MS over the past 7 years. Each visit is a nightmare. She is dismissive, does not listen to questions, gaslights you into believing that the condition is your fault, lies about medical records (says we were recommended a specialist before, never was, not in My Chart notes anywhere,) and acts like you’re and idiot who doesn’t know what your body is feeling. NM doesn’t accept my insurance anymore, but I’ve seriously considered changing it to get Dr. Gutti back. I thought she was good when I went to her before, but since having another neurologist that I definitely don’t recommend, and establishing a new care team with another organization after the last one was so bad, and deteriorating health, I realize how very valuable she is.
