TERRIBLE SERVICE BUT GREAT FOOD they have good food but bad service. i called numerous times a day for several days to order a cake and was just left on hold forever each time. i had to finally go there to order it. other times ive been there and some of their workers lack personality but as i said their food is really good so i guess its worth it.
CIGARETTE ASHES WITH YOUR CAKE I found cigarette ashes in my cake and when I called to complain the sales girl told me someone would get back to me needless to say no call back. DISGUSTING!!

Quality Is Not Just The Product! The Paddy Cake Bakery has unbelievable baked goods e.g. breads, cookies and cakes! I have always gone out of my way to stop in 'Little Italy of Pittsburgh' and pick up a few items for family and friends.
I've gone out of my way to stop here This has always been one of my favorite bakeries. If I am somewhat near the area, I will stop here. Their baked goods are always fresh and there is lots to choose from. Try their pumpkin roll (in season), it's the smoothest and creamiest I've ever had. Or, if you're choosing your wedding cake, you can't go wrong with their white batter with raspberry filling - it's out of this world!
RUINED WEDDING CAKE I ordered a cake for 120, 90 showed and we still didn't have enough cake. When we went to cut our cake, we got through icing then couldn't get the knife further. It was stuck on a piece of plastic that was on the whole top of each tier under the icing. When the hotel went to cut the cake, same problem. They had to lift a plastic support sheet off of the cake, which pulled off all of the icing and pulled apart most of the cake. My favorite Bakery I have been getting cakes from this bakery for as long as I can remember and I am still willing to drive the whole way across town just to pick up one of their delicious birthday cakes any time I throw a party. This is the kind of cake you are willing to drive an hour for!
