You are ultimately responsible for your employees actions. Suspension is not enough, anyone working at a pet hospital should have the compassion needed to try and save that kitten and if not they should not be placed in that position.
They uncaring and lack of compassion you showed that poor cat defines you as a very poor vet clinic. I hope you are boycotted. You should not be in business!!

Money first, saving lives last. Not the type of place you should be taking your pets. Hopefully the poor animals already in your care are treated better than poor Oakley was and if I ever come across a deplorable human being like the vet Fernando I would never let them touch my pet! Poor excuse for any business let alone one who claims they care for and strives to saves the lives of animals.
