The staff here have always been wonderful. Fernando especially has such an affinity for animals and takes wonderful care of any and all pets that he sees! Keep up the good work!
I think businesses forget how quickly news spreads this day and age. Turning away an animal that is obviously in extreme pain and most likely dying is a big NO-NO. If anyone in your facility is so disgusted by the sight of an injured, sickly animal...they really have no place working there nor with any animals, in any setting. I would never bring my pets here, knowing that such types are employed there....and I'll make sure that everyone I know, knows why.
Your clinic and especially Fernando, should be ashamed of yourselves for refusing to treat a sick cat that was on the brink of death. What the hell kind of veterinarian does that! I hope word gets around about how bad you treat sickly animals and people take their pets elsewhere!
You should be ashamed of yourselves! I hope no one is unfortunate enough to bring their pets here and have to encounter Fernando! You are in the business of caring for animals, and if you can't do that, you should find another profession! Fernando does not belong at this job. He is the disgusting one, not this poor cat- a victim of people's neglect and cruelty...people just like Fernando.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. Is this the kind of care you provide animals? To turn a away a suffering animal unless the money is provided up front is disgusting and inhuman. As for Fernando, it's not enough to reprimand him. Some one like him should not be around animals. Fire him immediately.
Taken my fur kids to this clinic many times. They're affordable and always help me out. I've had nothing but great experiences here, especially because of Fernando. He's a very great person and very helpful in person or on the phone. I don't think half of these people know the kid and they're bad mouthing him. Whatever the situation was with that cat there must have been a misunderstanding that's for sure. Don't listen to all these people.
This place is legit they handle my dogs with love.
