A VERY KIND LADY FINDS A CAT THAT WAS IN SUCH BAD CONDITION AND PROBABLY JUST NEEDED TO BE PUT DOWN BUT YOU PATHETHIC HEARTLESS PIECES OF SHIT TURNED HER AWAY BECAUSE YOU WANTED MONEY UP FRONT. WELL SHE TOOK HER ELSEWHERE AND THE POOR THING ENDED UP DYING BUT AT LEAST SHE WASNT ALONE AND THE LADY WAS THERE HOLDING HER. Avoid - they allegedly turned away a sick animal! This us not a place that puts the care of an animal first!
If you were in the business of caring for animals, you wouldn't turn one away who needed you. How anyone is willing to visit your vet is beyond me. I hope you learn to be more compassionate because in this line of work, compassion is needed.
Shame shame shame on you Word gets around and it's getting around on Facebook and social media that you all turned cat away yesterday that needed your help she passed away because of your carelessness and no understanding about life you should not be practicing and I will make sure that people hear about this Leo and Fernando should be fired for their unprofessionalism
Any Veterinarian who would turn away an obviously suffering animal is seriously in the wrong profession. When $$$ become the sole deciding factor in who gets seen and cared for, you are not the place I would ever take any animal. If Fernando represents your compassion level you fail miserably.
The treatment rendered to the cat Oakley that was brought in near death and turned away, and their nasty heartless employee Fernando should be ashamed of themselves!!! No one should use this Vet to care for their pets!! They should be put out of business! They are all about MONEY AND NOTHING MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

How could you turn away an animal in such a condition? What is wrong with you? This animal was SUFFERING and you prolonged that by turning the them away. There are no words to describe my outrage and how sick this makes me feel. Your business is obviously only about the money and has NOTHING to do with the care and compassion of animals.
