Peter was incredible. We had a good idea of what we wanted when we came to Peter asking for his help finding and purchasing our dream home. After walking through 40 or 50 beautiful homes, we finally found our dream home. Peter was even able to talk the sellers down an incredible amount. Peter came highly recommended to us for Property Management services. He completed a thorough market review on renting out our property vs selling our property. Pete is a consummate professional. He helped take care of all of the details, kept my family on track, and even helped to deal with the bank when they were not able to execute effectively(never use Bank of America, the absolute worst). Could not have asked for a better real estate agent, and I have my own real estate license!
