When I say Jason Paolini is the best, I mean he is the best! We met Jason at the most pivotal moment of our home search. He gave us guidance and direction, he was always quickly responsive to our questions, explained things we didn’t understand and he was knowledgeable about the area and our options. Even with this busy market, he made us feel like we were his only clients. I can’t say enough great things about him. We will be working with him again in the future!
Jason went above and beyond to help me find, secure, and rehab an investment property while I was traveling around the world for work. His relentless drive to find me a deal didn't stop at negotiating the contract, but also helping me through a unique financing situation our deal required and even the required refinance. No matter what kind of property you are looking for you can have confidence that you will beat out your competition with Jason!
We were able to find and purchase the exact home in the exact location we wanted. It took a lot of going the extra mile by Jason. Video walk throughs, millions of questions and he helped us with every aspect. I have full confidence with recommending him to friends, family…anyone!
Excellent service throughout the entire process. The market was moving much faster than we had expected and she always had new listings for us. She was listened to our wants and needs in a house and found us the perfect one. Highly recommend her for anyone looking in the area.
Superb service from start to finish. From Property Management to the sale of my home, Pacifico Properties was professional and helpful every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help. If you need worry-free, consistent and excellent Property Management, I would highly recommend them.
Peter was recommended to us by some friends living in the area. We were moving from California and knew close to nothing about Jacksonville. We only had one weekend to find a house to buy and Peter was very accommodating, taking me on tours of multiple houses which took hours. That night I sent him more houses I would like to look at and the next day he locked on tours of those houses while providing great insight and guidance on the Jacksonville real estate market and common do's/don'ts for the area (helpful for someone who... read more

Business response:
Thank you Jeremy, great working with you as well!
Peter is an absolutely amazing Real Estate Agent! I have owned multiple properties over the course of 18 years and Peter is one of the best agents that I have ever worked with. He achieved every goal in the sale of our house throughout the process. He was quickly responsive to any questions, requests, and unforeseen situations that arose. He was extremely resourceful with arranging and scheduling contractors for staging and both preparatory and last minute necessary repairs. This sale was particularly challenging due to unfo... read more
