Jason was extremely flexible to work with. We had time limitations due to work schedules and he was always willing to work with us when we had the time even if it was during the weekend. He advocated strongly for us with the selling agent and got us the house we were looking for, with a brand new roof!! He was quick to answer questions and if he didn’t know the answer he would call around til he got it. He was kind and always professional.

There are no words to accurately describe how professional, knowledgeable and responsive Jason is. We had a unique situation as we had never been to Jacksonville and we were moving from Chicago. Jason was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, took excellent videos as we ended up buying our home sight unseen! Jason has an extensive network of anything you could possibly need during the purchase of a home. Top notch negotiator and expert real estate agent. I unconditionally endorse using Jason Paolini.

Despite the distance and time difference, Jason was always available to answer our questions and provide us with detailed information about the properties we were interested in. Jason's professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the home-buying process smooth and stress-free. He listened carefully to our needs and preferences and went above and beyond to ensure we found a home meet... read more
