Was scheduled to have surgery there, paid my deposit and signed contracts. Unfortunately I had to cancel my surgery months before my surgery date and well within the timeframe required for a refund as stated in their own contract. My money was never sent back, I’ve called many times, sent emails and nobody responds. When I call all I get is “we’ll check with accounts payable” and still no money 5 months later. I live in another state so I can’t just pop in but with this lack of decency I’m sure glad I didn’t let them operate... read more
