I love going here for accupunture! Dr. Jotika Truong helped when I suffered from sciatica and thanks to him I'm fine now. He also helped me when I had a frozen shoulder and after a few treatments I was able to get full movement of my arm. One day I had a bad cold and cough and by the time I left his office the cough and cold were gone thanks to his accupunture needles. Unprofessional, disorganized and neurotic management. They did not keep accurate records of my appointments and called me three times past 9 p.m. after a massage which defeated the purpose of a relaxing massage. They lack appointment reminders, however, they sure know how to work a phone when they want something from you. They over called me and over texted me when they wanted something from me. Update: first adjustment was great. The second was ok and the third was altering. I don't know why but she adjusted my left hip AGGRESSIVELY and actually pushed down with force. Immediately felt and the other side dots not adjust. Felt tingling down my back and leg but I thought that it could be that it was being put right. My chest and neck were also adjusted more aggressively than usual. That night I had an extreme headache and the pain from my car accident returned as of from the actual night of incident. I was in an enormous amount of pain when I came to Pacific Spine & Sports after car accident. Dr. Ann was optimistic when she sad: "We'll get you back to normal, just follow the instructions" , and I do! From friendly always smiling Kelly at the front desk to massage by Vanessa and physical therapy by dr. Ron you are in the capable hands. Dr. Ann truly has a gift of healing and knowing what you need to get better.
