If you need PT, I highly recommended this place. My doctor said this place was the gold standard in physical therapy. Office staff are friendly and efficient. My PT was France Lantier and she’s amazing!!! What to expect: after initial consultation, they set you up with exercises to do at home. When you go in for your PT, they spend 30 minutes doing work on your trouble area (or shoulder, knee, etc), then you spend the next 30 minutes doing various exercises on various equipment.
