John semcken and ed roski dont know shit about running a resort....ive stayed at motel 6 that were ran better....what a fuckn joke
Worse customer service ever!! We have had a wedding here and it was great, so my family decided to come back. Worse stay ever 8/1/15. When we got here they had my family down for 5 rooms with single beds. When I made the reservation it was for double beds. They were sold out and couldn't change the rooms. The supervisor Lizarrage Leslie was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, And she even called me a lier! Oh but that didn't take the cake she even laughter at us as we walked away. Omg if you're thinking about hosting an event here I will say it's really pricey but definitely worth it beautiful place inside and out.
Just had a blast at the mini bar karaoke. The room is clean. The blankets are quality. The room service is fast. I'll tell you in the morning how the food is goodnight
Great customer service, the front desk surprise us with a champagne & chocolate strawberry send to our room during our honeymoon trip.
