We Just Reached today 4th June 2016 from a hectic and horrible tour of losvegas and check in at 6:00 Pm. We felt that we reached in our home resort staff are very humble friendly polite and cooperative. Rooms are excellent we are away from our home but enjoying a relaxed and luxiourios stay.
i had my reservation 1 month ago, and today we arrived at the hotel at 18:45 for checking in, after 5 min. waiting, it is finally my turn, but the funny thing is after the validation of my ID, credit card, i was told that there is no room available…omg, how can it be possible? what is the matter here? it is my first time to see this happen…a bad experience, I choose this hotel for its high reputation, but at the end, give me disappointed.
