Crazy man knocks on the door at 2 o'clock in the morning said he's the police nothing was done security was called I called the police station and Azusa in the city of Industry to be exact and they tell me it's up to security I think this is a bunch of baloney keep your kids away from this hotel

This hotel is highly overrated. A friend of mine stayed there this weekend. He was checked in at 11:00am and sent to his room despite the fact that it had not been cleaned. Housekeeping was right outside the room when he arrived and did not bother to clean it. There was a room card sleeve left on the table from the prior occupant as well as an alcohol bottle in the trash can and a dirty cup in the bathroom. I have stayed here weekly for the last 3 years. Very professional, excellent customer service. The people never forget your name or face. The food at Red's is excellent. We have hosted 2 Christmas parties and they have been excellent. Thanks for making my stay the best.
