I cannot speak more highly of Gladys and her team. Gladys made our first time purchasing a home a smooth and fun experience. Gladys and her team definitely went above and beyond to help my mothers wish of owning her first home a reality! This team is incredibly amazing, from their office staff, closing and lender teams! Susan Fixen was every bit the professional, from the start to the finish of listing and selling of our home. Great communication, we knew everything that was happening throughout the entire process. Home sold before it even was listed, it was in "The coming soon" stage. Highly recommend Susan as a realtor who knows how to get it done!

Gladys was recommended from my first realtor. During my journey of purchasing my first home, she was attentive to the which characteristics were important to me. She was flexible and punctual with scheduling viewings. It was important that I worked with a realtor that was patient with explaining the purchasing process. Gladys worked with our team on the sale of a property in Hollister, CA. As a listing agent she really provided a level of service that I haven't seen in the RE industry. She managed the entire escrow process, even coordinating with the buyer's lender to make sure things were working smoothly. When the buyer's lender wanted us to make a repair, she quickly took care of it so that we could move forward in the process of selling the property.
