Bad neighbor/bad management Pacific Management manages the home owners association in Riverlakes. We have been paying our dues for just shy of twenty years. Our neighbor, however, has not payed a due in over three years. The lawn is dead except for the tall weeds and the pool is so green I fear I will have West Nile virus soon. I abide by all the rules defined in our CCR, and have received letters when our trash can has been left out an extra day. so far so good. I have been renting from Pacific Management for about 4 months now and they have been really excellent thus far. From what I understand the tenants that lived in the house before me had a problem with them, but as far as our relationship goes they have been wonderful. Anytime there has been a problem with the house they have dealt with it immediately and have been very friendly. So... so far so good.
Pacific Management Co is unprofessional First of all, they DO NOT have a website. What kind of property management business doesn't have a website?? I have been trying to have a list of properties emailed to me for two weeks. Everytime I call they act like I'm bothering them. The office is located on G St. and I didn't want to have to drive all the way across town to pick up a list so I asked them if they could just tell me what was available in the North West. Leaves tenants in the COLD! Always act like their hands are tied. Always side with the board of HOA (bullies)..No guts to stand up for tenants and residences. Spineless goats..sitting here on a Monday morning 6 am with no WATER again WITH OUT NOTICE! Serious communication issues.... NO ONE returning "emergency" pager call..Why am I surprise???!
Worst customer service ever! I am an engineer looking for a place to rent in the southwest and I came across Pacific Management and a home they managed in the Vineyards. I lived there before and knew of their incompetence but things are 3x as bad when you are a renter. Sharon, who called me back, was extremely rude and made it clear that applicants were like rats in a maze, first one to submit an app, wins. Residential Management Management company with a heart. It is privately owned so it is not too big to neglect you. Most of the staff know their stuff. Rentals are available through them along with very fair management rates. The know legalities too.
