Bad service. They didn,t do springkler winterization on scheduled date. But still they insist they did. When I call to check, they said they will find out what happen. But they never call again. This is not good.

I have reviewed your situation and have found that there was in fact an error and the technician did not go to the correct home. After speaking with the office they started to investigate the problem and one of our other representatives had already rescheudled your appointment. As our policy states that if we miss an appointment we PAY YOU and as such we have issued you a discount on your winterizaton invoice. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

They we're prompt in responding, great with follow up. The sprinklers were intsatted in a few hours. They had to remove and replace bricks in the patio. Nit looked like nothing was ever done. Workers were very nice.
They had a good price for the work they did.
