I was impressed with their customer service - communications are excellent, very speedy response by phone and e-mail. My only concern is that the whole winterization of my sprinkler system took no more than fifteen minutes. Hopefully they've done it right. I do remember though that the group I hired in the prior years (retired now) were a lot more thorough - same technology but took about 15 min for each of three zones.

Thank you for your review. We would like to ease your concerns regarding the time it took to winterize your system. Using a Commercial Grade Compressor with a calibrated regulator gives us the ability to blow out a zone in 2-3 minutes because our compressors are designed for this type of work and we don?t have to wait for them to build up with air, they have a steady force to not run out of air reducing the time it takes to winterize a system.
