The person showed up on time. Initially I was thinking about just getting an estimate for the repair work since Pacific was the first company I made the appointment. The estimate seemed reasonable, the person was very professional and seemed trustworthy. Since he was carrying the parts needed for the job and was available to do the work right away I hired him. The job was completed in couple of hours and I am satisfied with the work.
