Ryan Kinkel was great and the process was easy, smooth, and fun. Got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He even offered to drive me to and pick me up from Carmax where I was selling my car for to have some money for a down payment. He was transparent in pricing, and provided me their invoices to show what they could do. They always take care of me when I come in. This is my 3rd lease with them and they got me into the newest 2020 Honda civic with many great features not present in the 2017 version. They gave me about the same rate I was previously paying and they always make sure to get me the car totally ready: completely cleaned and full tank. Gregory the leasing manager helped me a lot. Highly recommended.

I’ve been bringing my Honda cars to Pacific Honda for maintenance service since 1998. The mechanics perform great quality work. I’d like to offer a big shout out to Shawn Dvergsten, service expert at Pacific Honda, who always provides excellent customer service! He is my “go to” contact whenever I need assistance or have questions. For as long as I drive Hondas, I’ll only take my cars to Pacific Honda for maintenance.
