Friendly, and timely repairs. Appreciated that the service team only did what I asked.
Purchased a **** acura rsx. Everything was fine. Staff very responsive to inquiries about the vehicle and transaction went through. Things went downhill when car started acting up. The steering wheel was locking and not turning on a few occasions while driving. This place is awful. We bought a car last night 07/27/22. As we were signing papers, I asked if the car was being washed and cleaned and the sales person ******* said "yes, they are washing and waxing it" We then went to the financial department to finalize everything and I asked again if the car was washed and they said "as we speak" When we finished, we went to retrieve our car and it was not washed at all. I took my car to have a SAFETY RECALL ( airbag) repair done. In which I dropped the vehicle off the day prior so they could have the whole day. I didn't hear anything all day so I contact the service department and someone informed that a service advisor would call me back with an update. My husband and I walked in with the intent of buying a car that day. We had already financed through mu credit union and had a blank check ready to go. The salesman and manager, Martin and Lenny, both kept insisting that they also had to do a credit check, and also tried to trick me into signing the credit application by saying that "it is only required for DMV and identification purposes not a credit check."
