I had the remaining two windows I needed replaced done by Pacific Homeworks. They did an excellent job. Five years earlier, I interviewed five different window contractors to replace the first six windows. Believe me, they were all quite different! The contractor I selected did a pretty good job but I have to say the quality of the windows Pacific Homeworks installed is a bit better. My one regret I have is; I think I think I could have negotiated a little better price, but that was my fault.
Phil was my contact person when I had our roof done five years ago. He was very thorough when he showed me the different kinds of roofs that is suitable for my house. He spent several hours explaining to me the roof that I chose which has 50 years warranty. The roof was completed in two days time and I am extremely satisfied with the work they've done. If I have another home improvement done to my house, I will gladly call on this office again.
So glad I was recommended to use this company! The guy who came was amazing. Not only did he give us a great deal but he was very helpful with making sure we were happy with the new roof we bought for my parents. We will definitely be using this company again!
We had Pacific Homeworks come out to do our Roof and Insulation. We were very pleased with the companies communication and professionalism. They were convenient and thorough in every way possible. The Representative did an excellent job in explaining our problems and how the job would be completed. All of the commitments and recommendations Pacific homeworks made came through. There wasn't a single time I felt like Pacific homeworks would do a bad job on my roof. A person who is looking for a reliable contractor to do their roof should look at these guys. Me and my husband have been working with Pacific Homeworks for a long time. We have gotten all of our Windows, paint, and roof from them and every time they have done an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the work. They were on time, cleaned up, and took care of our home. The windows looks great, the paint lasts a lifetime, and the roof is wonderful. I had put my own roof on myself years ago, and it lasted a while, but then I had Pacific Homeworks come out and put on my next roof. I know that my neighbor had his roof put on for really cheap, and the contractors ended up not finishing it for some reason. The representative, Ben, was very informed and told me many reasons why the other guys left the other house. Pacific Homeworks is currently finishing the exterior coating on my house. I'm pleasantly surprised to the amount of work done in such a quick time. The workers are very conscientious. They arrive on time every morning and accomplish a great deal of work everyday. I would certainly call upon Pacific Homeworks to do any future projects. Carl has been very helpful and responsive in answering all of the questions I've had. They get the work done efficiently and in the time frame promised.
