The head of the installation crew was very nice and helpful. I had my windows done and I have 5 cats that he managed to keep all in the house and out of the way.
In no areas did they fall short of my expectations.
My patio door is very good quality. The salesperson was also very nice.
Five years ago I had a new roof put on my mother's house. The original roof on her house was 20 years old and leaking in several places! My mom was looking for someone to just patch her roof, but I insisted on having the whole roof replaced since there were multiple leaks and who knows what other leaks were up there that we hadn't found out about yet.
