worst customer service ever. you come early for your apt and you end up waiting 2 hrs after your apt to be seen. then you see an incompetent tech who is so rude. there are a lot of elderly patients that I feel sorry for if the staff is this bad. they talk down to their patience. extremely dissatisfied and will be telling the doctor and insurance company to never ever use them again and restructure their contract to never use this business. never ever come here trust me your time is better spent with an actual doctor and educ... read more

Came 20 yrs ago to do my left eye, now I had my right eye done! Very happy with their service, doctor takes his time with patients and go over procedure very easy to understand. Friendly staff 👍🙏

at the Eastvale office, every appointment is hours long, IF we are ever seen. sent home a few times, because after 2 hours they realized they were OVERBOOKED!!!!! who in the hell is running this place? its like a free clinic in a third world country. horrible HORRENDOUS attitude by the front desk staff. they dont care, and they make sure you know how much they dont care.
horrific wait times after having an appt. at 1030 a.m. I waited 4 hours. disgusting.
