I love my doctor, but the staff needs quality improvement put in place. Scheduling for a return appointment after surgery is all but impossible! Now they just toss you a date and time? Seriously who does that? When you call you'd better be ready to sit on hold forever!

Dr. Heersink performed DSEKS (partial corneal transplants) on both my eyes to correct a condition called FUCH's Corneal Dystrophy. I can't recommend her enough, she is a very professional and caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Heersink for giving me back my vision.
Love these doctors and their staff !!! �� . . . Definitely are concerned about their patients . . .
These wonderful Dr's saved my vision when I has a retinal detachment, and later when I developed cataracts from the first surgery. I would recommend them to anyone, Dr's are awesome & staff is friendly.
