dental hygeinist does an amazing job and really knows her stuff. receptionist is spot-on with helping me schedule my appointments and has a great system in place to help me understand my insurance coverage so that there are no surprises. they all communicate very well with me and accommodate my little child. great wholesome educated atmosphere. dr shapiro is very educated and explains things to me simply but not in a demeaning way. excellent service all around so far.

This was the worst cleaning I have ever had. I am all cut up and my mouth is burning from peroxide. When I complained about the pumice between my teeth she made it seem like a chore to floss my teeth. Sorry I assumed flossing was a routine part of the cleaning I told her to just forget it I'd do it at home. Super disappointed everyone else is always so great but I will not be back. Honestly I could have done a better job myself.

I was glad to visit your clinic for a second opinion. Dr.Shapiro answered all my concerns and I feel I have a better understanding of my situation. I plan to continue my treatment with him after I do his recommended oral surgery. I really appreciate his whole-body approach to dentistry.
Very well taken care of
I get my fast braces ortho adjustment every 3 weeks with Dr. Shapiro. Honestly, I am very happy & amazed with the results. It's been about 6 months and I am almost done. ð So happy I chose fast braces instead of traditional braces, where I only have to wait MONTHS instead of YEARS with NO extractions to be done.
