Best, Professional, Honest Plumbers – I called because I had very little water coming out of my kitchen faucet. Nick came out the same day, and boy do I feel stupid. The first thing he did was take the screen off my faucet and I was embarrassed. The screen was filled with debris, no wonder I had not water pressure !!! I should have know to take that apart myself. Nick didn't even charge me. He said if you are happy with our service say something online. So here it is. This is more than I expected from a plumber.
Great Plumbers – My husband and I recently had a faucet that no longer produced hot water. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, my day off! Nick came by and did some trouble shooting on my old faucet. With no success he suggested I find a new faucet and call him when I had it and he would install it. No charge for the first visit! Best Plumber in Portland!! – Nick the Plumber is my hero. If you need to "get a guy", he's your man! Honest, fast, and fair!! We live in an older home, and every now and then something goes a little wonky. When that thing is plumbing there is absolutely no one else we would call besides Nick. Can't Get Any Better! – I would recommend Pacific Crest without hesitation. This is the second time I have called on them. Zack, Nick's assistant was friendly and knowledgeable . Everything was explained to me carefully and all my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable that my plumbing problem was being taken care of. The service is very professional. Lived up to reviews.Ethical and fair. Great person to deal! – After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to give Nick a call to fix a leak. I could not have been more pleased with the service provided. Nick came out to fix a leak in our shower. After installing the new cartridge the shower head still continued to leak. Nick did not charge us for the cartridges or labor because he was not able to fix the leak. Nick informed us of our options to stop the leak. Nick is very fair! – Nick came to look at a leaky faucet. He was here for about 10 min and he put in an aerater. He didn't even charge us because he said he doesn't like to nickel and dime people!

Exceptional – Found Nick after reading various reviews, thought I'd give him a shot. Sooo glad I did. Upon quickly discovering that the only thing wrong with my kitchen sink was a loose nut on the pull-out sprayer handle that was causing water to leak back down under the sink, he 1) didn't make me feel like an idiot in any way whatsoever, 2) didn't charge me anything for his time, and 3) displayed a truly upstanding degree of business honor. I would happily use him for any plumbing issues in the future.
