Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We thought we had a plumbing leak but as it turns out it was not our plumbing that was leaking it was a bad tile job. It took a while to figure out but they didn't give up until the source of the water was found. While the plumber was here he looked at a couple other issues we are having in our utility room and gave us some helpful suggestions. When we are ready to do the additional work we will call Pacific Crest Plumbing again.

My old running toilet went bye bye today thanks to the great service from this plumbing company. After months of trying to fix my old nasty toilet I had enough. The person who answers the phone is knowlegable and suggested a couple different toilet options. I level of service was more than I was expecting. I definately recommend their service to anyone looking great customer service.

needed an old toilet snaked out--called Pacific Crest, Brian was out in 30 minutes, job done right quick! directed us to talk with Anna at the main office, much advice and email info regarding new toilets. went with a Toto, which was delivered and installed flawlessly....the kicker was that Brian even fixed a slow-draining sink, which was bugging us for months. we asked for this service at the last minute and it was done quickly and efficiently. This morning we thought our disposal was broke. Not knowing who to call I got online and found Pacific Crest to be close by. I know a garbage disposal isn't an emergency but I have grown so used to using it constantly the thought of being without it was not going to work for our family. This company is so honest. I first encountered Nick via a co-worker. I was having a problem with my garbage disposal. He came on time as promised, fixed the problem and was on his way. He was friendly and courteous, but mostly, he fixed the problem. That was about 2 years ago. Since then, I have called him ONLY on at least 3 other plumbing related issues and, frankly, he is the best trades-skilled person I've met hands down. Just wanting to share: I needed a plumber to fix a leak I noticed under my kitchen sink. I started looking for plumbers with good reviews and these guys were close to my house and had good reviews. I called their office and I was assured a plumber would be out to my house that afternoon. I was happy that I did not need to take out a loan to pay the plumber!!! It turns out I just needed a minor repair and was good to go. Thank you Pacific Crest, the reviews met my expectations. I would recommend them, thanks Judy

Very good response time from contact to work completion. They arrived exactly on time, did excellent work and cleaned up after work was done, this impressed me very much. They will be coming back again to do some follow up work soon. They were very professional and friendly from start to finish. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends and family.

I called Nick the Plumber's office around 10 am yesterday and Nick happen to be in the area and was able to come over within a few hours. This was perfect since he was doing the job for my parents and they needed a working toilet. He was polite and did a perfect job. THANKS! I would recommend Nick to anyone who wants an excellent plumber.

We live in Texas and were selling our elderly mothers home in Portland. The home inspection required several minor repairs. Our agent contact Pacific Crest because of their reviews on Citysearch. Nick went over and accessed the issues, gave me a price, completed the work in a timely manner and sent pictures via email of the completed work. Communication was great with his office and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Portland.
