We were having new tenants moving into our rental over the Memorial weekend when we discovered one of the toilets was leaking. Upon calling Pacific Crest I was told their schedule was full but that they would see what could be done so we could get this taken care of before the weekend. Within 15 minutes I received a call back telling me someone could meet me at the home later that day. If you are looking for a responsive company to handle a plumbing need call them. We had a minor plumbing need that I didn't have time for and they came out to take care of it. The plumber Nick was very friendly, curteous and cleaned up upon completion of the faucet installation. The price I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I was charged. Very pleased!
Nick and Anna are an incredible business duo. During a big leak issue with a drain line I was able to send over a video of the problem to Nick's cell phone. Even though he had work scheduled a week out he said he would get there the next day! I was out of town throughout this entire process, but keeping in contact was no problem. This is the 4th time that I have used Pacific Crest Plumbing. They are very professional and always get the job done. Seems like Anna is always squeezing me in on a short notice with a new problem! She always gets someone out to me quickly, which I really appreciate and she is always so pleasant! I will continue to call them whenever I have a plumbing issue. It's nice to finally find a good plumber!
They have another satisfied customer. I read the reviews and our experience was the same as others. Our garbage disposer decided to die the night before our family was coming over for dinner to celebrate our daughters birthday. In the morning when I called the lady who answered the phone even asked me a few questions to see if I could "trouble shoot the disposer" that maybe if it was just jammed. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We thought we had a plumbing leak but as it turns out it was not our plumbing that was leaking it was a bad tile job. It took a while to figure out but they didn't give up until the source of the water was found. While the plumber was here he looked at a couple other issues we are having in our utility room and gave us some helpful suggestions. When we are ready to do the additional work we will call Pacific Crest Plumbing again.
My old running toilet went bye bye today thanks to the great service from this plumbing company. After months of trying to fix my old nasty toilet I had enough. The person who answers the phone is knowlegable and suggested a couple different toilet options. I level of service was more than I was expecting. I definately recommend their service to anyone looking great customer service.
DUKE APPROVED We bought a faucet from Home Depot and the installation was going to be beyond the scope of my DYI ability. After a little research I made a couple of calls and was very happy we went with Nick. He was professional and friendly, my dog Duke liked him too!!
Great Service We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and they were able to give give us same day service. They gave me an idea of what I could expect to spend on the repair before coming out which I appreciated. We were very happy with their service.
