Nick and Anna are the best! We had a main water line break and they were on it for us. Had all the work done on time and within the quoted price and took the time to educate us about all the work along the way. Another great thing is they are very responsive via phone / e-mail and made coordinating this project so much easier than expected. It's refreshing to work with folks who take legitimate pride in their work. You won't go wrong using them for your plumbing needs.
They found 2nd floor tub drain leak that made plaster fall off 1st floor ceiling. Replaced tub drain and piping. Replaced sheetrock that had been cut away to find the leak. Replastered ceiling area of original leak. It couldn't have gone better. We got an appt much sooner than other plumbers. They were thorough, expert and professional in every way. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, his wife Anna, and their crew. We had a pipe break during an ice storm, and I could not find any plumbers to come out to fix our main line because I think many others were in the same boat. We had no water at home, so Nick shuffled clients around to get out the same day to look at our pipe, and it was fixed the next day. We had two different plumbers and an appliance installer fail to hook our refrigerator ice maker back up to the new wall fitting after a kitchen remodel. I had a leak in my basement and had heard good things about Nick and Pacific Crest. He came out at the time he said he would and after looking at the problem told me that I didn't need to do anything at this point. He then spent twenty minutes educating me on what was happening with my pipes and didn't charge me a thing. When I do have plumbing done, I will be calling Pacific Crest. Thanks Nick!
Clogged Drain Best experience with a plumber. They helped us with a clog in our kitchen sink that I was unable to clear myself and repaired our loose faucet. We appreciated the call in advance of the plumber coming to our home. The job was done quickly and professionally and the bill was exactly what I was quoted when I called.
