My family and I have been customers for over 20 years. I recently had to cancel my appointment because I was out of town picking up my son from college. My appointment was at 12 pm, I was called at 3pm the day before. Because I didn't cancel 24hrs in advance they charged me 25 dollars, if they had called me at 12 pm it would have been fine. Great office staff! They always greet you and are right on time with your appointment. Very informative and knowledgeable dental hygienist. Never causes me any pain and does a thorough job. I have referred friends and have been sent thank you cards for my referrals. Definitely would recommend.
