Dr. Ouellet has been our dentist for over 20 years, now. Professional and courteous No problems
I did not receive the level of customer service that I heard this place had. I was fifteen minutes early to my appointment and they never called my daughter back after 25 minutes past the appointment time. I had to reschedule because I have college classes that I needed to attend. I thought I deserved a little bit of an explanation or at the very least a "sorry for your inconveniences. Makes me wonder if they care about the customers
