1: The family who own and run it are all hardworking, respectful of customers, competent and authentic! 2: I have been supporting Pac Bay for more than 10 years. 3: Chris is a very talented roaster who understands the subtleties of African coffees. He does not over-roast destroying the multiple aroma/flavor layering. He preserves them. 4: If you are serious about coffee and fine teas, go to Pacific Bay. 5: it's my neighborhood coffee shop and I like it a lot.
If you're looking for something more than "just" a cup of coffee, give Pac Bay a try. Chris and Richard will happily regale you with anything you could hope to know about their beans and their process. My favourite part is that Pac Bay focuses on the community, getting their pastries and products from local vendors as much as they can.
