Very rude service from the grandfather. Told me to bus my own table. I told him I just had chemo and really couldn't do it. He told me never to come back again. Maybe they should move to a location far from a hospital if they have no compassion for women with breast cancer. HORRIBLE.
Best micro roaster in the Bay Area and they are really nice people!

By far the best coffee I've had in the entire San Francisco Bay Area. I was kinda tipped off it would be with the amount of roasting awards decorating the store front.

Despite living in Walnut Creek for 14 yrs, today was our first time in the cafe. Don’t know why we waited so long to stop by. We picked up 2 large Italian roasts (“It’s a very good coffee. You will like it”... Yes!) and a couple of pastries. The staff is super nice, helpful, efficient and friendly. The cafe appears popular with local residents (non-Starbucks types, young, seniors, etc), which I love to see. Support your local businesses! This is a lively little place to enjoy good coffee. Looking forward to coming back!
I just moved to Walnut Creek and really don't know any coffee shops that are comfortable, quiet, welcoming AND serve great coffee. Well I think Pacific Bay is the perfect coffee shop. I feel lucky to have found it!
