This review comes as a surprise to us since this is a repeat customer. We have performed everything included in our latest contract. There are a few minor punch items left to complete which we are trying to schedule. We were held back due to a defect in one of the windows and are at the mercy of the manufacturer to get it resolved. We have even disregarded the unpaid balance because of the inconvenience.
