We had a large deck 42ftx24ft rebuilt by *** Pacheco. **** and ***** did a fantastic job, (see pic), highly professional,skilful and polite, always ********** break in construction took 3 weeks. Delivery of materials, old deck removed and clean up excellent. The estimate was detailed ,on point and final price a little extra to level new deck.We are very pleased with the new T-*** deck and highly recommend *** Pacheco and his team.

Great company that you can rely on. They are thorough and honest and strict about following Building Permits guidelines throughout the addition/remodeling.Their GC, **** presented a contract that documented every step and suggested excellent local suppliers. Will use them again soon for a smaller project. Very satisfied with K. Pacheco General Carpentry **** and would highly recommend them.

Ken came right away to give us an estimate for the complete demolition of our deck and build a brand new deck with Trex. Ken’s crew went over and Beyond to complete this project. Bill and Lewis are the best. So patient with the many questions I had during the project and their work is fantastic. So detailed and maticulous as if this was their own home. I would recommend Kenneth Pacheco to anyone. You will absolutely know your job was done right.

I had a roof replacement for house and garage. Kenneth came right over to look over what needed to be done. He explained in detail on the different products and cost of the work.The crew came by at 7 AM and were done by the time I returned home from work.My house and garage look new and refreshed. *** and the crew did a wonderful job.Highly Recommended.***************************

I had a side porch installed. They did the work and cleaned up the mess. The price was one of the higher quotes I received, but *** confirmed no shortcuts were going to be taken. My only complaint was a marking on the facia board on the backside of the porch. I didn't notice it until a few days after they left. It was on the back of the porch and not noticeable unless you're close. They gave me a quote to replace the porch in the front of my house and I probably will end up calling them back to do that project as well. "

Such a great experience. Very professional and were able to get the job done in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend them! The job was better than I had imagined. Very happy with the work that was done.
