I hired Kenneth Pacheco to fix some problems with my gutters and my stone walk. I could not find anyone to take on these projects. A good friend of mine suggested Ken and had great praise for the work he and his employees accomplish. I am so glad I did. We hired Pacheco General Carpentry for exterior renovations on our 1930's bungalow (including replacing trim, roof, and gutters). I was very impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail (small details with the roof work and fascia trim that added character and retained the period detail of the house). Overall a very good experience. Friendly workers, excellent cleanup after the work was done, and professional oversight.

Top notch! Kenneth Pacheco is hands-on. Is always on site checking the progress and workmanship of the projects. The craftmanship is excellent. Projects are completed on time. I had work done on my house by Kenneth Pacheco General Carpentry Inc. and the workmanship was poor. I signed a contract with him to remove approximately eight feet of damage sill plate to be removed and replaced. The price was $3,260.00. They only removed approximately four feet of the sill plate. They stopped right at the main beam, so it was a lot less work. I did complain, but he said I signed the contract for $ 3,260.00. He did take $240.00 off of the bill. This project was completed in 2015. Mr. ******* never once called to complain as noted in his Attorney General file. For some unknown reason Mr. ******* decided to start issuing bad reviews and complaints TWO years later. We did discount his bill to accommodate the smaller section of the sill plate that required replacement. Also the sill plate estimate was an approximation of 8' as we are unable to see through walls. We were very satisfied with the work done by all of the workers. They were efficient, polite, and did their utmost best on working on a home built in the 1850s. They informed us of their scheduled plans and agreed to all of our modifications. We were most impressed that a human answered our phone calls eliminating the need for a telephone-tag experience.
