Jeff, Justin and Katie are the absolute best!
So, my brother just came into town and couldn't remove his prosthetic leg. I called Pace and spoke with Katie (who was wonderful) on Friday morning. She arranged for my brother to come in at 1 pm. Once there, Katie welcomed us before we saw Justin and Professor Jeff. They spent over an hour working with his prosthetic and they were able to get it fixed up and repaired. One of the best experiences either of has had. These people personified what customer service should be like and used to be like.
