Service was awesome, and Brandon was quick enough to clear the drain clog deep inside the kitchen drain. He had to use the snake. Quickly done the job within less than an hour. Brandon was knowledgeable and all equipped. Regarding pricing, They clarified the hourly service charge and any additional charge for using the snake tool and materials, if any. I am impressed with the service. Thank you for quickly fixing it.

Needed to get a plumber to help unclog a sink drain. I had replaced the p-trap and under sink ABS pipes myself, but the clog was further down than that. The plumber was pleasant and I learned a lot about the trade. However, I have 3 stars for the lack of pricing information relayed by both two phone calls and the plumber.
