The sales team was great. Straight to the point and flexible with negotiations. Don’t trade a vehicle in here though. It’s been a month and soon to be two payments late (on the trade in) and I still haven’t received a pay off. Tomorrow will be 1 month since I purchased my new vehicle and the finance manager seems to never be around. I’ve called half a dozen times and the customer service team just transfers me to a voicemail that isn’t set up yet. The overall experience was great. There was a small error on their part but after the issue got cleared up it was great. Martin is a wonderful salesman and the rest of the team were wonderful as well.
