We just bought our car at Huntington Chevrolet and were so impressed with everyone that helped us! We were not uncomfortable at all! Martin was our salesman and he was so kind and not pushy at all . Did I mention the free car washes?! We highly reccomend Huntington Chevrolet for your next car😀
I took my car in for an oil change and was extremely pleased! Not only did they do the oil change, they did the extras too...filled my fluids and put air in my low tire. Plus, they even washed my car...Bonus! Very highly recommend!!
The service manager who was there in July promised if they didn’t have my vehicle done they would give me a loaner... then he said no ( the general manager stepped in and gave me one) but I would never have my car serviced there he had my car well over a week I ended up taking it elsewhere because he never got around to it!
Fire everyone in your service department for starters. Apparently making an appointment days in advance only gets you in the door so I told. These incompetent liars had my truck all day just for an oil change and find out why my truck was making so many squeaking noises from the chassis. After being told twice during the day that they were looking at my truck I finally went to pick it up late afternoon. We had such a great experience with the NEW Huntington Chevrolet! I went in very leery since my last experiences with the OLD owner were not good ones, but I was blown away with the new atmosphere and great customer service! The sales guys I dealt with were wonderful and not pushy in any way. They were so willing to work with what I was looking for and needing. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
