Drove from out of state to look at a purple 2014 Dodge Charger R/T. Allowed the owner to do a $500 refundable hold on the car whether we bought it or not. if we did not show we forfeited the money. We did show up and the vehicle was not as described. We did not buy. Our credit card was charged the $500 anyway and not refunded. Don't ever deal with this dealership. Shady and untrustworthy is are dood descriptions. Take your business elsewhere.
LAWSUIT Update 2025 I filed a lawsuit and was successful. There are other complaints against PA Autoworld. Save yourself the headaches and financial burden of a money PIT. All lawsuits and complaints are public records available to you. This business needs to have their license revoked. I had a very positive experience with Pa Auto World. Transparent pricing with an honest and knowledgeable staff. Low to no pressure environment. Emma who really knows how to navigate the complicated financing arena will exhaust every effort to get you into a comfortable situation. It's pretty simple. Their main objective is to get you in the car that caught your eye. They also want you to leave their dealership in the car you wanted with peace of mind. Check them out! They're good people.
