I called P & R after being referred to them on a Monday. They had me bring the car in on a Thursday. They looked at the car and cleaned a part that they thought could have some more life left to try to save me some money in a very short time period after dropping the car off. Unfortunately, cleaning the part didn't work so I went back two days later, they asked me to come in right away, so I did.
