Dr. Courtney is a great surgeon! He took his time with me explaining my procedure and the entire surgical process. I never felt rushed with him or anyone in his office for that matter. His staff is also phenomenal. If you have any questions and email them through the patient portal you can expect an answer back the same day, you are not waiting for response. I have already recommended him.
A year ago, I underwent a knee replacement surgery at this clinic. Unfortunately, the experience left a negative impression. I only saw the doctor twice: at the first consultation, where he prescribed the surgery without any explanation, and just before the procedure. I got my hip surgery on june 10 and I woke up not knowing why I couldn't move my leg and foot,well I ended up getting drop foot from the surgery and now my foot burns and pain all day and night long and not able to sleep at all and the boot they gave me just make my foot hurt more,I just wish I never got the surgery so I could have a normal foot,that when I walk I don't trip all the time and my drop foot doesn't burn and hurt all the time
Almost three years post knee replacement surgery I still have nerve and joint pain as well as limited use. From the beginning there was a problem with infection and the ability to make contact in an effort to get help and treatment. Photos and emergency room records tell the story. In this case one star is too many.
