Horrible Horrible customer service and online website. You will not get no help and you will be on hold for an hour plus. They will reschedule without any notice and reschedule you for the next month. At this point someone needs to send me a message. I need to cancel my services. This is absolutely ridiculous!!
If i could give them - stars I would.... their delivery service is absolutely terrible. I get monthly delivery. This month was supposed get a delivery on 31 May, they rescheduled to 2nd of June, never delivered. Then they rescheduled to end if June 31st! So what , you just gonna skip my whole month?! Called to complain, after sitting on hipd for over 45min! , they then got me back on scheduled for June 6th... did they deliver....nope! They have been rescheduling everyday! The waterd delivery service is a scam. They told us we wouldn’t be charged until we received the water. Then they charged us for the water and water cooler right away. They also told us we get free first delivery. We sat at home all day waiting for the water delivery then last minute the website changed and told us it wouldn’t be delivered today. Now they rescheduled the delivery and CHARGED US A DELIVERY FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE ONES WHO DELAYED THE DELIVERY!!!!!! Awful costumer service!!!!
Staff in the facility have drivers waiting too long. Terrible shipping/receiving team! Wait time was about 6 hours. They took an additional 2 hours to unload my trailer. Just terrible!
