My dad bought me a pair of chacos from here for Christmas, but they were too small. So, after the holidays died down I called (I called because I live over an hour away from this place) to see if I could exchange them for another size. Nope. They won't allow it because I waited until 10 days after Christmas. I have the receipt and they have never been worn. All I wanted was a bigger size. The manager was zero help and rude. They already got their sale from me, so why worry about the customer service?
The awesome staff not only helped my family surprise me with brand new Yakima racks for my Runner, but installed it on the spot in 95* heat! Great guys! Took the time to install it right and get all the keys checked, bars lined up right and were just overall great!
