Great place! I always try to support family owned companies. Selection is great and the workers help educate you about the product so you know what to expect. All my gear comes from Ozark Adventures!
My dad bought me a pair of chacos from here for Christmas, but they were too small. So, after the holidays died down I called (I called because I live over an hour away from this place) to see if I could exchange them for another size. Nope. They won't allow it because I waited until 10 days after Christmas. I have the receipt and they have never been worn. All I wanted was a bigger size. The manager was zero help and rude. They already got their sale from me, so why worry about the customer service?
