good place for personal service The prices here are a bit steep, but if you want personal service and a guarantee that whatever you are needing will fit, I would recommend going here. They have a very nice variety of outdoor equipment and apparel, and a great staff that can answer any questions that you might have about what you need for what type of activity. I would at least check this place out before buying anything online. Parking is usually not a problem.
Backpacks The guys and gals at Ozark Adventures were great in getting me fitted for my new Kelty Torando Back pack. They really know thier stuff. And while the pack may be cheaper online its well worth the extra cash to get it fitted just right! Def. will do business with again. PROS: Customer Service CONS:
Good place to browse. This is a very neat store with all kinds of outdoor equipment. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you with any questions you may have. The prices are pretty steep and I agree with the previous poster that you can probably find whatever you are looking at cheaper online, but then you factor in the cost of shipping and returning (in the case that the backpack or what not doesn't fit correctly).

Great people! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of merchandise is fantastic. Everything you could ever want from a novice beginner to a seasoned, outdoor adventurer.
