Great store! I have been shopping here for a couple decades now and still love this store. I've purchased gear, kayaks, and clothing from here and I can always count on a quality product. Additionally the staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful.

We've always had outstanding service here! They always go above and beyond! Not pushy and very informative. I have items that I bought there over 10 years ago and still using them.
Buyer beware, once they have your money they don't care if you are a satisfied customer or not. My husband bought me a coat that didn't fit and was no longer available in my size. I couldn't find a coat I liked but really needed a coat. I returned the coat within a few days with receipt and tags still on. They refused to give me money back, store credit only. I finally settled on a couple of tops and then they wouldn't even give me back the difference. You have to spend the EXACT amount or (as I'm sure they are hoping) more.... read more
Great place! I always try to support family owned companies. Selection is great and the workers help educate you about the product so you know what to expect. All my gear comes from Ozark Adventures!
