This, by far, was the worst experience at a restaurant EVER. And we apparently had the owner as our server. We had a party of 7 in an empty restaurant. She took our order off of memory and got 5 of 7 orders WRONG! There was so much else wrong that I could write for an hour. Just save yourself and STAY AWAY!!!
Not going to get hung-up on clerical errors. Bottom line is, y'all at the Oyster House need to fix something. It's pretty clear according to these reviews as well as our experience last night at your facility. We'd love to come back for about our 40th time.......yet we will wait till we hear you've fixed things.
Took a little while for a waitress but it was right at shift change so no big deal. Food was great, service was good, and we left happy!
Just had dinner here at the OystervHouse and probably our last, hardly no one there when we arrived at 5pm, took forever to get our food then when we got our bill they charged me for someone else's dinner and had to sit there for another half hour to get straightened out. We had dinner tonight everything was great! Fast polite service thanks to our waiter I believe his name was Shawn. Very happy
Went to the Oystr House for lunch on Sat. Had the combo baskets, chowder and drinks. Food and service were excellent. Food was piping hot from the kitchen. Wait staff was friendly, prompt and helpful when we wanted a pic. They made my husband's birthday delightful topping it off with a complimentary sundae. Would highly recommend.
Wonderful service, gracious hosts and the complimentary bottle of wine was extremely generous! Definitely recommend!
