This place is a nice hangout with friends after a nice stroll in the area. I wouldn't exactly go here for a fancy farewell dinner. The prices are pretty high up there but considering the location and view, it's alright. Our waiter was very attentive and always checked our table. Another guy came back and asked if we wanted any of our dishes cleared. It just seemed like everyone was helping each other out to accommodate the customers. That part I liked. When we came in, a young lady assisted us with our seating and was very a... read more

Just left. Went for lunch. Was met in the parking lot and told the place is closed for the day because the owners crazy behavior caused the chef to quit on the spot.

Worst experience ever! We have been going to the Oyster House for years at least 2 times a month. We ordered our usual oyster shooters and Cognac Oysters. What the hell happened to this place. Service was horrible with a hint of sarcasm. They don't even seem to care.

This is so disappointing. I've been coming to the Oyster House for years. Tonight I waited over half an hour for a to go order. When I got it home, the calamari was so soggy, it was nearly inedible. They knew I was disappointed with the wait and concerned about the quality of the food, but didn't even ensure that it was edible before I left. When I called to give feedback, they simply replied, "Perfect, thanks." Ugh.
