First the waiter spilled soup on David's lap no apologies. My oysters were burnt to a crisp! Had to send them back . 5 star prices for 1 star food and service ! Will never go back !

First I checked the menu online. The steak We wanted was not on the menu. Ask server and said they never had that steak, so decided to have grilled halibut. We own a Chowder house on the coast and could not believe they were asking $40. So nope wasn't going to pay that. Ended up ordering the least expensive steak for $35. Salad ok, potato cold, steak over cooked. Chocolate cake ordered to go so stale we threw it in the garbage. Server was pretty good. Will we go back. NO

We enjoyed our clams & fish, but the prices were outrageous! Waiter was pleasant and view from the deck relaxing. For lunch I would find a place with better prices & lunch combos.

Wow...what happened to the Oyster House? My husband and I went in for lunch on Friday and had to leave due to the ridiculously high prices. This is not a fine dining restaurant!! We were so disappointed as we have loved the Oyster House in the past. We definitely won't be back and won't refer it to friends. This is really too bad.
